Originally founded in 1996, Penelope's Restaurant was owned by the original founders, Yilmaz and Penelope Isik.
From 1996 until 2007, Penelope's Restaurant operated with a buffet and a side menu with daily lunch specials.
From 2008 to 2010, Penelope's Restaurant closed and leased out the building to other ventures.
In 2010, Penelope's Restaurant opened once more; however, this time replacing the buffet with a full menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
At the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018, Penelope's Restaurant underwent renovations to bring a better atmosphere and a new look to the restaurant.
On July 1st, 2018, Yilmaz & Penelope Isik decided to retire and sold the business operations to Cheryl Robinson and Andrea Barton.
On April 26th, 2021, Andrea Barton resigned from the Company
